Neighborhood public appearance within the BPHA boundaries is the primary duty of the association. The Neighborhood Appearance Committee made up of volunteer residents, strive to improve BPHA parks and other public areas in the community as well as to coordinate their maintenance for a striking, attractive appearance.
Previous projects include the planting of several huge live oak trees and plans for more shortly, The Karl Young Park Improvement Project, and the installation of new neighborhood signs to identify our area.

CHAMPION FOREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The Champion Forest homeowners association’s purpose is providing for the architectural control maintenance, preservation of the individual lots within Champion Forest subdivision and promoting the welfare, health, safety and of the community. Champion Forest is kept well groomed, attractive, and maintain property values, a Deed Restriction Inspector from the association surveys regularly for homes whose curb appeal isn’t up to standards and notifies the homeowners of corrective measures. All community members are asked to cooperate in this collective endeavor to keep our community attractive.
CINCO RANCH LIFE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
There are 550 acres of community area in Cinco, including parks, recreation centers, setbacks, and esplanades. The commercial property consists of 431 acres. There are nine Katy ISD schools within the borders of Cinco Ranch. One High School, three Jr. High Schools and five Elementary Schools. Approximate acreage for Cinco is 5500 acres.
Residents may enjoy catch and release fishing at all three lakes that are continuously stocked with fish. Nature Trails stretch beyond Mason Road on the east side of Cinco to the Cinco Water Park. Sidewalks and trails are plentiful in Cinco Ranch. Residents can walk and ride their bikes from George Bush Park to Cinco Southwest and as far south as the Westpark Tollway.
Cinco Ranch offers their residents seven pools and ten tennis courts. An additional two pools and three tennis courts are available in the Cinco Southwest area. Residents can reserve pool for parties. Tennis courts can be booked online with a user ID and password. There are 32 pocket parks in Cinco with an extensive range of playground equipment. Six sports fields in Cinco allow for that Sunday afternoon game of soccer.
City Plaza is a charming condominium community located “inside the Loop” in Houston, Texas, within minutes of Houston’s new light rail system and the Texas Medical Center. COPPER LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
Copper Lakes is a large neighborhood located to the northwest side of Houston, Texas. It’s just outside Highway 6, south of Highway 290, within the boundaries of Longenbaugh Drive, Tuckerton Road, Barker Cypress Road and Queenston Boulevard.
Copper Lake is conveniently located for easy access to Highway 290, Sam Houston Tollway and Interstate 10. Copper Lakes is a part of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD) and houses Langham Creek High School, Aragon Middle School, and Copeland Elementary. Conveniently located near Lone Star College – CyFair. Copper Lakes was incorporated in 1994 and boast about 1,196 single family residences.
This area contains beautiful young oak & pine trees and colorfully landscaped lawns throughout the neighborhood. The homes were built from 1994 to 2013. The homes are approximately 3,000 square feet with an approximate average lot size of 8,905 square feet. OFHA, Inc. membership enables neighbors to stay up to date while supporting many of the projects that make our neighborhood special. All money collected from OFHA, Inc. membership dues, donations, and fundraisers go directly back into our community. Along with administering the Oak Forest Neighborhood Patrol Program, the Association:
